About St. Andrews
St Andrews Retirement Community is a not-for-profit ecumenical
Christian Ministry located on approximately 40 acres near
downtown Richmond, KY.
In 1992 it opened condominiums for fully independent retiree’s.
Currently, we have completed 6 phases of condominium
development and have 75 homes.
To further the mission of St Andrews Retirement Community a 73
unit apartment building was built in 1995. Today McCready
Manor is a Certified Assisted Living Community. Residents can
receive help with every day duties—such as cooking, cleaning,
and transportation. If more help is needed they can also receive
help with medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and
incontinence reminders.
As originally promised, Telford Terrace completed the continuum
of care by offering nursing care on the campus. Currently
offering 50 beds (personal care, intermediate care, nursing
home) and Telford is Medicare certified.
