                                                  Make a Gift
                                               “Then Receive an Income”

Gift Annuities are widely used instruments throughout the country and are encouraged under
U. S. Tax law as a means of providing support to worthy causes as well as lifetime income to the donor.

There are two basic reasons that so many people have Gift annuities.
First, they want to provide support for the causes that are dear to them and secondly,
they need the assurance of a continuing income.

The McCready-Telford Foundation (MTF)
has contracted with the Kentucky Christian Foundation (KCF) to administer gift annuities on its behalf.

Benefits:

  •     The gift provides for a charitable tax deduction in the year it is given.
  •     Gift Annuities also provide advantages related to federal estate taxation.
  •     Most important is the joy and satisfaction of sharing with others who need your gift.

Other Considerations:

~ Annuity payments can be received quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
~ Annuity payments are for life, covering either a single life or the donor and a named survivor.
~ The annuity amount is fixed once begun and will never decrease.
~ A portion of each annuity payment is received tax free over your expected life span.
"From the very start of the development of the
McCready/Telford Foundation, the vision
included not only the dedicated Foundation
Board members but also a need for a
professional, highly qualified executive director.
I am pleases that Jessica has joined the team as
director. To meet Jessica is to like her,"
said Ron
Coffman, St. Andrews Board president.
