The purpose of Telford Terrace is to provide a setting of quality, compassionate care--modeled after the
example of Jesus Christ.  This care addresses the individual physical, social, psychological, emotional,
and spiritual needs of the residents.  Telford Terrace*s management and staff are dedicated to offering
residents service that is professional, effective, efficient and based on Christ's mandate to "treat others
as you  want to be treated."

We understand that selecting a Nursing Center can seem overwhelming. The more information you have

Telford Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center provides 24 hour nursing care for residents who are
no longer able to live independently.  These individuals may require skilled medical services and
rehabilitation on a short-term basis or long-term care if they have a prolonged acute illness or chronic
diseases.
